LEARNER SUPPORT SYSTEM

Regular counseling and career guidance

Every year a number of male and female staff members are trained in provision of counseling and career guidance .Counseling and career guidance sessions are integrated in our weekly time table and a special team of educators oversee the implementation.

Bursaries and sponsorship

Under- privileged learners and parents/guardians are individually interviewed and the fees, they are charged are discounted accordingly in form of bursary and sponsorship schemes.

Placement for experiential training

We fully acknowledge the diversity in background of our clients. We therefore have in place formal and informal instruments in form of oral interviews and written tests that help in placement of learners for the appropriate programmes.

We at departmental levels out source vacancies for experiential training, internship and learnership for our out going graduates.

Over the years, we have adopted a culture (policy) of recruiting some of our graduates into the college's junior administrative posts. Most of these have later been promoted or as a result of the experience they acquire secured big permanent posts in various corporate.

- Our target market is those urban and rural communities and organizations that embrace a progressive training programme for the future of South Africa.
